Corporate Overview

redONE Network Sdn Bhd was established in 2012. We are proudly known for being the first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) to provide mobile Postpaid services by using Celcom Axiata’s fast and reliable 5-star network infrastructure. Today, we do not only focus on Postpaid Plans but also Prepaid plans as we wish to cater to everyone from all walks of life.

Today we have over 350 employees in 12 offices nationwide, 100 retail outlets and more than 2000 touch point in Malaysia and we are growing at double digits rates every month. We are also expanded our business and services to Singapore & Thailand and our vision is to be the largest MVNO in ASEAN region.

Our philosophy and services are designed and inspired by our customers’ aspiration and we strive to deliver what truly matters, in the most simple and practical manner.

Whenever we can, we offer free calls or flat rates, and aim to be completely transparent. No complicated bundles or packages you don’t really want or need, just peace of mind that you’re getting the best deal.

Our values and everyday practises have led to redONE being crowned MNVO Service Provider of the Year for three consecutive years (2014, 2015 & 2016) and for the first time in 2016, redONE won The BrandLaureate Corporate Branding Award 2015-2016.
