WE’RE HIRING – EXECUTIVE, CHANNEL SALES
📍 Location: Sarawak Region
Are you passionate about sales, building business relationships and achieving targets?
Join our Sales Team as an Executive, Channel Sales and play an important role in managing channel partners, growing postpaid sales and expanding our dealer network.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and developing assigned channel partners, driving postpaid sales, recruiting new partners and expanding business opportunities within your territory.
You will work closely with dealers and business partners to improve sales performance, support sales activities and achieve business targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and develop assigned dealers and channel partners
• Drive postpaid sales and achieve sales targets
• Recruit new dealers and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with dealers and business partners
• Identify new sales and business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct regular market and partner visits
• Support roadshows, campaigns, promotions and sales activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide product briefings and sales support to channel partners
• Prepare sales and territory activity reports
• Ensure channel partners comply with company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma/Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Distribution, FMCG, Retail or related fields
• Experience managing dealers, distributors, agents or business partners is an advantage
• Telco experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Must have a valid driving license and own transport
