Quantity Surveyor

Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying 2 to 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction (infrastructure field)
-Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract process
-Experience working with Autocad and validating quantities from the given drawings
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with negotiation abilities

Job Descriptions:
-Understanding the client requirement and quantities taking off
-Cost estimation and preparation of variation order
-Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
-Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractors claims, final accounts
-Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process
-Attend site meeting / valuation
-Perform other tasks as assigned
