Operator Machine

-Operate metal stamping presses, punch presses, and related production equipment.
-Set up and load metal sheets, coils, blanks, and other raw materials into stamping machines.
-Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.
-Inspect stamped parts for dimensions, appearance, defects, and workmanship.
-Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and templates.
-Make basic machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
-Perform routine machine checks and report equipment abnormalities or breakdowns.
-Remove finished components and properly pack, label, and transfer them to the designated area.
-Separate defective or non-conforming parts and report quality issues to the supervisor or Quality Department.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
-Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and machine lockout/tagout procedures.
