Testing Engineer

• Responsible for all kind of testing and commissioning at site for electrical works.
 Electrical operation test and verification of wiring
 Protection relay & each meter, T.D, etc.
 Measurement of Insulation resistance
 Main circuit contact resistance test
 Circuit breaker time check
 High voltage tester, Low voltage tester
 Acb ocr test, Phase check
 CT,PT test
• Make hand over documents, operating instruction, test run.
• Responsible for supervision, monitor and checking of tester, testing tools and equipment at the project site
• Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and service.
• Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management
• Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
• Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people.
• Ensure all activities with best quality, safety and on time
• Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions.
• Make daily report to Testing and Commissioning Manager
• Coordinate with local sub-contractors.
• Site Acceptance Test with Vendors.
• Hipot testing as Vendor’s specification.
• Other duties as assigned by Managers.
• Ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards.
• Control testing reports and deliver to related departments
