INTERNSHIP - IT SUPPORT AND HELPDESK

Task Description
Task location: Putrajaya
Internship Allowance: RM500 (Diploma) & RM800 (Degree)
Starting date: December 2026
Period: Minimum six (6) months

Key duties/ tasks:
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Keep record of problems and customers solution
Follow-up with customers
Reporting base on projects

Internship requirements:
Internship Level: Diploma or Degree in IT/System/ Computer Science or equivalent
Good in oral and written communication skills
Good presentation and customer-facing skills
Able to execute tasks independently with minimize supervision
Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline
Possess own transport (motorcycle/ car) as well as must be willing to travel
