SALES AND MARKETING JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Junior Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience to develop practical skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

Responsibilities:

Sales
1. Assist in identifying potential customers through market research, networking, and other channels.
2. Support lead generation and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
3. Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
4. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
5. Support product presentations and customer meetings.
6. Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
8. Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.
9. Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
10. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
11. Assist in preparing sales reports and activity updates.

Marketing
1. Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
2. Conduct basic market research on customers, competitors, and market trends.
3. Assist with social media content creation and posting.
4. Support website, email marketing, and digital marketing activities.
5. Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
6. Support company events, exhibitions, roadshows, trade shows, and promotional activities.
7. Monitor basic campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media, and digital marketing tools.
8. Knowledge of CRM, SEO, or SEM is an added advantage.
9. Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
10. Good organizational and time-management skills.
11. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Willing to learn and work towards achieving sales targets.
