### Job Overview

We are looking for a **Performance Test Engineer** to join our testing team. The candidate will support performance testing activities including test scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting.

### Key Responsibilities

* Understand application and business requirements.
* Prepare and execute performance test scenarios.
* Develop and maintain performance test scripts.
* Analyse performance test results and identify potential issues.
* Prepare performance test reports and documentation.
* Work with application, development and testing teams to resolve performance-related issues.
* Assist with other testing activities, including Test Automation when required.

### Requirements

* Malaysian citizen only.
* Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
* **6 months – 1 year of experience in Performance Testing.**
* Hands-on experience with **NeoLoad, JMeter and/or LoadRunner**.
* Basic understanding of Load Testing, Stress Testing and Performance Analysis.
* Exposure to **Dynatrace, AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools** is an advantage.
* Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.
* Willing to learn and work with senior team members.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project exposure may also be considered.
