Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade applications and services.
• Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs.
• Design, configure, and manage APIs using API Gateway and API Management platforms.
• Work with API Gateway technologies such as Axway API Manager / API Gateway or equivalent platforms.
• Configure API policies, routing, authentication, authorization, security, throttling, and traffic management.
• Integrate backend services and applications through APIs and microservices.
• Troubleshoot application, API, integration, and production issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes.
• Work with database technologies including Oracle Database 12c/19c and/or Cassandra DB.
• Perform application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support in Unix/Linux environments.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, release activities, and production support.
• Follow established development, security, coding, and deployment standards.
Mandatory Skills
• 6–9 years of relevant software development / engineering experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
• Experience with API Gateway and API Management platforms
