Network and Infrastructure LEAD

NETWORK & INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Network & Infrastructure Lead to oversee and manage the Group’s IT infrastructure, cloud environment, network operations, cybersecurity controls, and IT continuity planning across multiple operational locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Oversee server administration, system stability, patching, and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and hosting services (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Exabytes and other providers).
• Administer Office 365 environment, user access, license management, and email security controls.
• Configure, maintain and renew firewall systems, endpoint security solutions, and cybersecurity controls.
• Ensure proper backup management, disaster recovery readiness, and IT business continuity planning.
• Coordinate IT vendors, procurement, renewals, and IT asset inventory management.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements for audits and reviews.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives for IT operations.

Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in network and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge in network design, troubleshooting, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in cloud hosting environments and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple locations, and handle urgent operational support when required.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, CompTIA, Cybersecurity-related) will be an added advantage.
