OPERATOR

1)Assist the Production Department in communicating and implementing the company’s policies, objectives, and operational requirements to subordinates.
2)Perform duties under the supervision and direction of the assigned leader or supervisor.
3)Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper sanitization of the production and processing areas.
4)Clean production equipment and assist with the loading and unloading of materials and finished products.
5)Feed materials into machines, mark products as required, and monitor equipment performance to identify any malfunctions or abnormalities.
6)Conduct all required inspections and accurately record inspection results and product condition data.
7)Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head or Management from time to time.
8)Set and adjust machine parameters in accordance with the work order and master card specifications.
9)Perform first-piece inspections and ensure line clearance activities are completed before production commencement.
10)Verify and confirm that the correct materials are loaded into the machine and that all production activities comply with the work order and master card requirements.
