Min. 5 years leads the Technical Team

Job Description:
Section Head report to Production Manager
Own section performance : output, quality, cost, and delivery.
Approve machine settings and programs for new models and model changes.
Lead sample making and trial runs for new models before mass production.
Lead root-cause analysis of technical and quality problems (8D), and approve the countermeasures.
Plan machine capacity and allocation with PPC.
Monitor OEE, reject rate and tool cost, and drive improvement actions.
Control tool ordering and usage within budget.
Lead Kaizen, process improvement and new machine projects.
Own the section's PFMEA, control plan, work instructions and setup sheets.
Train and certify setters on programming, setting and first-article inspection; maintain the skill matrix.
Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, IATF 16949, safety and 5S; support internal and customer audits.
Align daily with the Shift Supervisor on handover, priorities and open issues.
