SECTION SUPERVISOR

Requirement:
Min. SKM / Diploma in engineering or equivalent experience
Min. 3-5 years in machining production
Min. 2 years as Production Leader

Job Description:
Section Supervisor report to Section Head
Lead leaders and operators in the section to achieve the daily output target.
Manage section attendance, manpower allocation to machines and overtime.
Ensure the shift on time with good disciple and work efficiency.
Run jobs according to the PIC plan and Section Head priorities.
Monitor output and rejects throughout the shift; act on shortfalls immediately.
Ensure operators follow work instructions, inspection frequency and checksheets.
Escalate breakdown to Maintenance, quality issues to IPQC and setting problems to the setter.
Control WIP, on-hold and NG parts in the section; ensure records are complete.
Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, IATF, safety and 5S.
Lead shift handover and report open issues to the Section Head.
Train operators and update the operator skill matrix.
Coach leaders and develop an acting relief.
