Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visual and functional inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Collect product samples in accordance with sampling procedures for further testing.
Operate measurement and testing tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, or other specialized QC equipment.
Record and document inspection results and prepare regular QC reports.
Identify and segregate non-conforming products and provide recommendations for corrective action.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams on quality issues.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist during internal and external audits related to quality systems.
Ensure all measuring instruments are calibrated and in good working condition.
To carry out others assignment instructed by Sectin Head / HOD from time to time.
