QC Inspector

a)To carry incoming and outgoing inspection or testing of the product based on Quality Plan.
b)To ensure all the inspection activity is follow the standard procedures.
c)To ensure all the qualified products is follow the product specification.
d)To determine non-conformance product based on ‘Appearance Inspection Criteria” and “Product Specification”.
e)To issue “Abnormal Notice” to relevant department if there is any non-conformance product detected.
f)To properly manage all inspection record in computer.
g)To liaise with QC Leader and / or QC Executive and / or QC Manager if there are any quality issues on the product.
h)To liaise with production and / or maintenance department if the product inspected is out of specification.
i)Any other responsibilities as instructed by Superior.
