QA Technician

- Quality control inspections on products
- Customer supplied products will be periodically inspected during storage and non conformance reports (NCR) will be raised to document any damage or deterioration found
- Check shall be made as work progresses to ensure that standards of workmanship, as defined in written procedure.
To carry out independent QC inspection on selected items, particularly when there is a contractual or company requirement defined in work order and quality.
- To issue Non Conformance Report for all non-conforming product, following QC Inspection activities or when requested by others.
Inspecting customer supplied products, printing sticker for products after inspection.
- To fill up Product Inspection Checklist upon inspection completed and submit checklist to Sales department on time.
- To check as work progresses to ensure that standards of workmanship.
- Any other job assigned by superior.
