Job Responsibilities:
To assist in project implementation, administration, monitoring and reporting.
To ensure that architectural works are executed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
To monitor and ensure quality of all architectural works.
To liaise / coordinate with consultant, contractors and authorities as required.
To ensure adherence to all requirements set by authorities.
To take charge of quality control and supervision at sites.
Ensure the works on site are carried out in accordance to the contract specifications, drawings and any other technical documents as approved by the consultants.
To prepare all necessary reports as required.
To carry out day-to-day inspection on site and to attend to all site technical matters.
Qualification:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years relevant working experience at building construction sites
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or similar software preferred
Able to read construction drawings and specifications
Candidate with experience / exposure to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System will have an added advantage
Ability to plan and organise duties, and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
