SECURITY GUARD

1. Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
2. Prevent theft, sabotage, or misuse of company property through vigilant surveillance and thorough inspection.
3. Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
4. Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
5. Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
6. Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
7. Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
8. Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
9. Inspect employee, contractor, deliveries and visitor credentials and ensure compliance with company’s safety and security protocols.
10. Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment if any.

Competency Requirements
1. At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Independent person with good personality, interpersonal skills and responsibility.
3. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
4. Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
5. Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
