QMS ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
a)     Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System in compliance with relevant standards. (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
b)    Ensure QMS documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms) are up to date, controlled, and accessible.
c)     Support departments in aligning processes with QMS requirements.
d)    Review and manage change requests to ensure QMS compliance is maintained.
e)     Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to verify compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
f)     Support external audits (certification bodies, customers, regulatory authorities).
g)    Track audit nonconformities, lead root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective/preventive action closure.
h)    Support supplier quality audits and qualification processes.
i)      Communicate with customers regarding QMS compliance and quality documentation.
j)      Ensure proper filing and traceability of all QMS-related records.
k)    Present QMS performance data to management and recommend improvements.
l)      Mentor and guide junior quality/QMS engineers and coordinators.
m)   Conduct QMS awareness and compliance training for all employees.
n)    Build a strong quality culture across the organization.
o)    Prepare and present QMS performance reports to senior management.
