Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. 1 day per week of work-from home.
The company's office is in Mid Valley
Job Scope
Plan and coordinate shoots with the company's content creators
Execute the content strategist’s direction
Film content on a mobile phone (talking heads, interview, B-roll, behind the scenes)
Coordinate with video editors
Coordinate content in both English and Chinese
Keep the content calendar and shoot schedule up to date
Full proficiency in Mandarin
Working proficiency in English
Comfortable filming with a phone
Organised and reliable with deadlines and follow-ups
Clear communication with talent, strategists and editors
Experience in social media, content production or coordination is a plus
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu content formats
Basic editing skills
Interest in AI tools for content creation
