PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Executive to support the smooth execution of our flooring and interior design projects.
You will coordinate between customers, sales/design consultants, suppliers, installers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, quality standards, and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, good at communication and follow-up, and able to manage multiple projects at different stages.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure priorities are properly managed from project confirmation to completion and handover.
2. Coordinate site visits, measurements, inspections and installation activities.
3. Coordinate project-related communication between clients, designers, sales teams, Project Managers, suppliers and installers.
4. Handle project documentation and ensure it is properly organised and accessible.
5. Ensure good quality project and workmanship.

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, interior design, renovation, construction, flooring, or a related industry.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to conduct site visits when required.
• Possess own transport would be an advantage, depending on your project locations.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an advantage.
