Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including manpower allocation, storage planning and team supervision.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage inventory, stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Investigate operational problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation and filing records.
- Handle billing and invoicing matters.
- Train and guide warehouse staff, monitor performance and identify training needs.
- Support audits, continuous improvement initiatives and new projects.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of operations experience, including experience in third-party logistics (3PL).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Good planning, organisational, communication and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented, independent and able to solve problems effectively.
- Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Experience in Free Trade or Commercial Zones is an added advantage.

- Employment type: Permanent
- Salary: RM4,000–RM4,500 per month
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
