Purchasing Executive

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers while building long-term vendor relationships.
• Price & Contract Negotiation: Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
• Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Create, issue, and track purchase orders
• Delivery & Logistics Tracking: Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents to track shipments and handle delivery or quality disputes.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records, verify invoices, reconcile goods received, and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory frameworks.
