📍 Location: Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Gelang Patah, Johor
💼 Employment Type: Permanent
💰 Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500
🕒 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
💵 Shift Allowance: Provided
🎓 Training: Provided

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage manpower allocation, supervise team members, and monitor operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
Manage inventory, stock takes, cycle counts, and warehouse space utilization.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
Prepare operational reports, billing, invoicing, and warehouse documentation.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of operations experience, preferably in 3PL logistics.
Experience in warehouse operations and knowledge of WMS.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a Free Trade Zone or Commercial Zone is an advantage.
Willing to work overtime when required.
