MAINTENANCE MANAGER SENAI JOHOR

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, minimize machine downtime, and maintain smooth production activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
-Supervise maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure efficient daily operations.
-Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
-Monitor machine performance, maintenance costs, spare parts, and equipment reliability.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
-Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency and productivity.
-Manage maintenance budgets, schedules, reports, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:
