QA Engineer (QMS)

Job description:
-Assist QA Manager on audits and checking drawings.
-Coordinate meetings.
-Responsible for handling customer complaints.
-Maintain quality records.
-Responsible on handling customer surveys and audit questionnaires.
-Responsible for updating standard operating procedures.
-Responsible for coordination of trainings.
-Maintain employee’s training records and history for a minimum of 2 years after said employee left the company.
-Maintain incoming and outgoing inspection reports.
-Assist QA Manager in ensuring that all equipments are calibrated before being used.
-Perform statistical analysis on over-all production output and in-house and customer rejects.

Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in QMS, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
-Familiarity with relevant standards (eg, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, MDA, GMP) and other relevant certifications.
-Computer Literate.
-Able to communicate and understand English.
-Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
