Job Responsibilities:
• To provide excellent face-to-face service, build and enhance good relationships with customers for a better customer experience journey.
• Smooth business operation and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services.
• Responsible in sales and service KPIs, operation support and SOP.
Job Requirements:
• SPM / Diploma / Degree.
• Preferably with a minimum of 6 months of related working experience.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle walk-in customers professionally, resolve issues effectively, and identify sales opportunities.
• Proven sales capability, including persuasive selling, upselling/cross-selling, and strong analytical and numeracy skills to recommend solutions and close sales
• Must be willing to work on rotational shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays.
