Multiskilled Technician (Interior Fit Out)

Job Responsibilities

Perform general repair, maintenance and handyman works at office premises and interior fit-out project sites.

Carry out basic plumbing works, including repairing leaking pipes, replacing taps and installing sanitary fittings.

Perform painting, touch-up works, patching and minor wall repairs.

Install, assemble and repair furniture, cabinets, fixtures, fittings, shelves and other interior components.

Assist with basic carpentry, drilling, mounting and installation works.

Carry out minor electrical-related tasks where competent and legally permitted.

Assist with site rectification, defect repairs and other maintenance works as required.

Handle tools and equipment properly and ensure work is completed safely and according to instructions.

Perform other ad hoc technical and maintenance duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Practical experience in handyman, maintenance, renovation, interior fit-out or general repair works is an advantage.

Able to perform multiple types of hands-on work, such as plumbing, painting, installation and general repairs.

Candidates with practical skills and relevant working experience are encouraged to apply, even without formal technical certificates.

Able to work independently, solve basic technical problems and complete assigned tasks.

Willing to travel to different project sites when required.

Hardworking, reliable, responsible and willing to learn.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.
