General Cleaner – Industrial & Building Cleaning

Perform general industrial and building cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing floors and surfaces, cleaning work areas and common facilities, collecting and disposing of waste, maintaining cleanliness of operational areas, and handling basic cleaning tools and materials.

Workers may be assigned to carry out routine cleaning at client premises and other designated work areas under the supervision of the employer or site supervisor. Duties may include cleaning production or operational areas, common areas, washrooms, corridors and other designated facilities.

Workers are required to comply with workplace safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures and may be assigned other related general cleaning duties as instructed by the supervisor.
