Objective

To recruit qualified local operators to support the company's production requirements and ensure sufficient manpower for current and future operations.

Job Summary

The Wire Harness Operator is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and packaging wire harnesses according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety and production requirements to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

*Assemble wire harnesses according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
*Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and route wires using approved tools and equipment.
*Install connectors, terminals, sleeves, labels, cable ties, and other components.
*Perform continuity and functional testing of completed wire harnesses.
*Conduct visual inspections to verify workmanship and product quality.
*Identify and report defects, non-conforming materials, or equipment issues.
*Maintain accurate production and quality records.
*Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality requirements.
*Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
*Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and productivity.
*Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production targets.

Salary & Benefits

*Basic Salary: RM1,700 per month
*Overtime (OT): Paid in accordance with the Employment Act 1955 and company policy.
*EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
*Annual Leave (AL) and Medical Leave (MC) entitlement.

*Operator Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

*Malaysian citizen.
*Minimum qualification: SPM.
*Physically fit and healthy (must not be colour blind).
*Age between 18 and 35 years.
*Willing to work on rotating shifts.
*Applicants with their own transportation are encouraged to apply.
*Experience in the Wire Harness Manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
