BIM Modeller

• Develop, update, and maintain C&S BIM models using Revit in accordance with project specifications and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on BIM models.
• Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Architects, and M&E teams to resolve clashes and design inconsistencies.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination reviews.
• Ensure models comply with local authority requirements, codes, and standards.
• Assist in extracting quantities and schedules from BIM models when required.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical input.
• Ensure proper documentation control and version management.
• Support site teams with BIM-related technical queries during construction.
