Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a direct impact in a dynamic shared services environment? We are looking for a proactive Senior People & Culture Executive to drive day-to-day HR operations, champion employee culture, and provide advisory support to key stakeholders.
What You’ll DoEnd-to-End
Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment using Workable, collaborate with recruiters, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate new hire setup end-to-end—managing documentation in Hibob, coordinating with IT for equipment/access, and creating a smooth day-one experience.
Expatriate & Mobility Management: Handle MDEC visa and pass applications (Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, renewals) and oversee the full expat employment lifecycle ensuring local regulatory compliance.
HR Advisory & Culture: Partner with business leaders on HR best practices, drive engagement initiatives, and oversee the Admin Assistant to ensure streamlined HR and office operations.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a 360-degree HR / People & Culture role, preferably within a shared services or tech-driven setting.
Strong hands-on background managing MDEC expat visa and employment pass processes.
Familiarity with HR tools such as Workable and Hibob (or similar ATS/HRIS platforms).
Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and immigration regulations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
