Network Engineer

Looking for a hands-on Network Engineer with strong experience in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Firewall and Network Security. Candidate must be capable of independently managing enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, routing & switching, VPN, firewall policy management and network incident resolution. Experience supporting datacenter and Microsoft Azure cloud networking environments is preferred. Candidate should be able to support both BAU operations and project delivery with minimal supervision while contributing to the expansion of network and security ownership within the organization.
• Minimum > 5 years hands-on experience in Network Administration and Support.
• Strong experience in managing enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on experience in:
o LAN, WAN and Wireless Network administration.
o Routing and Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP).
o SD-WAN implementation, support and troubleshooting.
o VPN technologies (Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN).
o Network monitoring, performance optimization and capacity planning.
o Network incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Firewall & Network Security Skills
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise Firewall platforms such as:
o Check Point
o Palo Alto
o Fortinet
• Experience in:
o Firewall policy management.
o NAT configuration.
o Security rule implementation and review.
o IPS/IDS administration.
o Network segmentation and micro-segmentation.
o Threat analysis and security troubleshooting.
