MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB DESRIPTION
1.Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
2.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to the scheduled maintenance plan.
3.Maintain and ensure proper condition of tools, machines, electrical equipment and other facilities.
4.Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
5.Support production operations by attending to maintenance issues during production shifts.
6.Conducts inspection and identify potential equipment problems to prevents breakdowns.
7.Assists in improvement projects to enhance machine reliability, efficiency and overall equipment performance.
8.Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safety and in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
9. Maintain proper records of maintenance, repair and breakdown activities.
10.Work closely with the Production Team to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.
