Plant Engineer

Job Descriptions:
- Planning and scheduling routine checks, preventive maintenance schedule and servicing for equipment and machineries for production line.
- Managing spare parts and inventory as well as reviewing the expenses on the spare part management.
- Responsible for new machines/equipment testing, installation and troubleshooting as well to ensure all engineering activities comply with safety policy and standard.
- Propose technical work procedures and guidelines for ME technicians.
- To ensure project are completed within time given (upgrading, improvement, repairing).
- Sanitary & Food Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery and equipment in compliance with sanitary and food safety compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Plant activities in compliance with DOE, DOSH and MOH act and regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Technical knowledge (power system, distribution, LV/MV/HV electrical circuit theory, single line diagrams (SLD), motors, transformers, switchgear, protection relays, wiring, lighting, grounding/earthing system).
- Software and tools (AutoCAD Electrical, PLC (Multiple Brand), MS Office & Project and ERP similar system knowledge).
- Testing and site skills (Testing and commissioning (T&C), Troubleshooting and fault finding and reading technical drawings.
- Soft skills (Problem solving, analytical thinking, project management and communication, teamwork and reporting).
