Job Scope:
- Conduct preventive servicing & inspections to keep lockers in top condition
- Diagnose & fix hardware issues: hinges, locks, compartments, connectivity
- Routine cleaning & upkeep of lockers
- Install marketing collaterals: stickers, labels, signage
- Resolve operational issues: missing parcels, double bookings, misrouted items
- Collaborate with Product, Tech & Ops teams to investigate & fix root causes
- Document cases accurately & close tickets within SLA
Job Requirements:
- Own transport & willing to travel within assigned area
- Comfortable using basic tools for on-site repairs & maintenance
- Computer literate & able to submit daily reports
- Basic technical knowledge of hardware/electrical components is a plus
