• Make outbound telemarketing calls to leads provided by business partners.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable AIA products and services.
• Convert leads into successful sales and work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow required sales processes.
• Ensure all sales and call activities comply with applicable regulations and AIA quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in outbound call centre, telemarketing, or telesales, preferably within the
financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• A proven sales track record is an advantage; candidates with strong performance may be considered for a
higher salary within the available range.
