Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Senior Finance Executive:
Job Responsibilities
Handle full payroll processing and monthly salary administration as the sole finance personnel.
Manage month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payment processing and collection follow-ups.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Handle statutory submissions and compliance, including SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and income tax.
Support LHDN e-Invoice implementation and compliance.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audits, tax submissions and related matters.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian accounting and statutory requirements.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or MICPA will be an advantage.
Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including payroll processing and statutory submissions.
Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting software is required.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting.
Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, including payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST and income tax.
Independent, meticulous and well-organised, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines independently.
Additional Information:
Salary: Basic up to RM8,000 + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Bangsar South
Working Day: Monday to Friday
