C&S Draughtperson

Responsibilities:-

- To prepare technical structural drawings, shop drawings, contruction drawings, as-built drawings and other related drawings as and when required;
- To maintain proper record for drawings and information of as-built drawings;
- To maintain good liaison with engineers & clients to ensure that full records are being maintained and final documents are prepared for submission;
- Communicate effectively with all team members;
- Supporting Engineers in producing all drawings at all times;

This is what you need to have:-

- Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Civil Engineering or relevant disciplines;
- Strong understanding in Civil & Structural and engineering practice;
- Technical proficiency in CAD Software is a pre-requisite;
- Must have knowledge in Autocad, Civil 3D, MiTS or ZWCAD/Bricscad is an added advantage;
- Able to multitask in preparing Structural, Civil and Infrastructure drawings is an added advantage;
- Drafters with 3years & above may apply with experience in Civil & Structural drafting;
- Junior drafter are encourage to apply for this position;
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
- Willing to travel and possess own transport & valid driving license;
- Good interpersonal skills, high degree of responsibility, collaborative work style, teamwork, solution-oriented and outcome-driven;
- Positive working attitude & able to put in extra hours when required;
- The incumbent must be dynamic, people and target oriented and possess drive and motivation to succeed.
- Other prerequisites are good acumen, strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
