STORE KEEPER

Receive,check and record incoming goods and stock.
Ensure all goods received are in the correct quantity and condition.
Arrange and store items properly according to the designated storage area.
Issue stock to relevant departments based on approved requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when stock needs to be replenished.
Ensure proper labelling and identification of all items in the store.
Monitor damaged, expired or defective items and report accordingly.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety and proper organization of the store/warehouse.
Prepare stock reports and other related documentation when required.
Assist with stock taking, stock transfers and warehouse activities.
Ensure all store procedures and company policies are properly followed.
Update the quantity of stock in any platform used
Perform other duties related to store and warehouse operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any relevant field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with storekeeping or warehouse experience will be an advantage.
Able to manage stock receiving, issuing and inventory control.
Familiar with stock count, stock records and inventory documentation.
Able to check quantity, condition and specifications of goods received.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word or inventory/warehouse systems.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to perform lifting, moving and arranging stock when required.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to maintain the cleanliness, safety and proper arrangement of the store/warehouse.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Possess a valid driving license would be an advantage.
