Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities to make sure they comply with OSHA 1994, DOSH regulations and client safety rules

- Run site safety inspections, find hazards and make sure they’re fixed

- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions and briefings

- Monitor the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, especially for work at height, lifting, hot work and confined spaces

- Investigate and report incidents, near-misses and unsafe acts

- Make sure workers use PPE and follow safe work practices

- Keep safety records, checklists and site documents up to date

- Support emergency response planning and drills

- Work with the project team, subcontractors and the client’s HSE department

Requirements:

- Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Yellow Book registered with DOSH/JKKP (required)

- NIOSH-certified SSS competency

- At least 2 years of experience as an SSS on construction sites
Valid CIDB Green Card

- Good knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and construction safety rules

- Can start immediately or at short notice

- Experience on data centre, high-rise or industrial projects is an advantage
