Technical Lead

1) Operational Management
• Oversee the day-to-day service and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Oversee Service Level Agreement of Service Providers, ensuring it meets contractual performance and perform payment milestones.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance programs and repair work.
• Manage customers’ expectations and contract deliverables.
• Oversee that compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for all clients and stakeholders
• Implement and monitor health and safety programs and protocols.
• Motivate site staff and ensure safe & conducive work environment
• Direct supports senior management and in the absence of the Manager

2) Operational Procedures & Governance
• Establish document control standards including document templates, approval workflows, version control and periodic review requirements.
• Ensure operational procedures are practical, technically sound and aligned with actual site operations.
• Plan, conduct and management of daily Technical Service Team deployment, discipline, and attendance administration

3) Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
• Provide technical expertise during investigation of major incidents, equipment failures, and recurring abnormalities.
• Support root cause analysis by distinguishing root causes, contributing factors, and secondary effects.
• Recommend technically appropriate temporary recovery actions, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures.
• Ensure lessons learnt from incidents, near misses and operational events are incorporated into relevant procedures and standards.

4) Vendor & Procurement Coordination
• Manage onsite vendors and ensure timely and quality work
• Forge strong vendor relationships and monitor SLA performance, flag non-conformance for Manager’s intervention.
• Maintain up-to-date database of approved vendors, service contracts, and compliance documents.
• Support procurement and contract renewal processes.

5) Technical Evaluation & Capability Development
• Provide technical input for evaluation of vendor proposals, technical solutions, maintenance methods, and engineering recommendations.
• Support evaluation of vendor technical capability and quality of technical deliverables
• Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with Quality,

6)Operation Support, FM, and NOC teams
• Assist in training staff members on proper work processes, operating procedures, equipment servicing, etc.

7) Communication & Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with superiors, staff, and other stakeholders within the organization.
• Collaborate with other countries to provide same quality of service to client.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and business needs.
