Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve product quality through effective quality control systems.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, quality reports, and related documentation.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions.
Train, evaluate, and certify QA/QC personnel.
Oversee calibration of measuring equipment according to company procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 requirements.
Prepare and coordinate 8D reports and corrective action activities.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
Experience in customer complaint handling and problem-solving methodologies.
Familiar with 8D reporting and quality improvement tools.
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
