1. Address customers inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
2. Responsible for timely monitoring and coordination for all import/export shipment, dutiable shipment and delivery status.
3. Review and verify shipping and customs documentations, including invoices, bills of landing, certifications of origin, and customs declarations.
4. Perform customs declaration includes K1,K2,K3,K4,K5, ZB1,ZB2) via EDI in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Timely update and record all activities to ERP.
6. Assist to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and certificates for international shipments.
7. Stay updated with customs regulatory requirements and keep customers notified of relevant info as received.
8. Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence.
9. Other task assigned by higher management.
