PROJECT MANAGER

Core Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Planning: Develop master project schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), resource plans, and financial budgets from initiation through handover.
• Project Coordination: Align with civil, structural, electrical, HVAC/mechanical and other engineering teams.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Source, vet, and oversee external contractors, equipment suppliers, and specialty consultants.
• Commissioning & Testing Oversight: Manage phased testing gates (L1 Factory Acceptance Testing through L5 Integrated Systems Testing) before facility go-live.
• Risk & EHS Governance: Enforce strict Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Method Statements of Procedure (MOPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Stakeholder & Financial Control: Monitor variation orders (VOs), project cash flow, client reporting, and executive PMO updates.
