Key Responsibilities
1.Support daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with manufacturing plans and process requirements.
2.Monitor equipment performance, identify issues affecting productivity, yield, and quality, and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering (ME) teams to implement corrective actions.
3.Analyze production and equipment-related issues, participate in failure analysis activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and overall operational efficiency.
5.Collect and evaluate feedback on new equipment and production challenges, and work with relevant stakeholders to drive supplier and process improvements.
6.Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and operational requirements throughout the production process.
7.Lead workforce planning, employee training, and skills development to enhance team competency and operational effectiveness.
8.Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to support standardized operations.
9.Oversee workplace safety, discipline, and 5S implementation to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
10.Manage team performance, employee engagement, and team-building activities to foster a positive and productive workplace.
11.Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
1.Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the lithium battery or related manufacturing industry.
3.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
4.Results-oriented with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility.
5.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
6.Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
7.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
