Job Description
1. Manage end-to-end new installation and migration projects involving fibre, OSP, ISP and equipment installation.
2. Coordinate vendor planning, including surveys, access arrangements, TP reviews, BOQ/PO/GR processing and material reservations.
3. Follow up on CR, work permits and MOP approvals/readiness.
4. Follow up on circuit rectification and bandwidth verification before scheduling fulfilment.
5. Participate in nationwide site surveys and audits with vendors when required.
6. Update inventory and implementation activities through the NCR process.
7. Submit BIS after HOD review and ensure vendors rectify punch-list items.
8. Liaise and follow up with the relevant state and district local councils regarding fibre OSP permits.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and attend internal and external technical meetings.
10. Provide standby support for customers’ planned migration and integration activities.
11. Manage contractors to ensure project delivery and BIS completion.
12. Raise change requests during BAU implementation and assist BPM with technical information for complex projects.
