Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise construction site activities in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure all works are performed according to quality standards, SOP, and safety requirements (OSHA).
Coordinate and monitor the activities of contractors and sub-contractors.
Inspect and verify work quality and completion at the site.
Monitor project progress and report any technical issues or delays.
Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports.
Ensure proper and safe usage of materials, equipment, and machinery at the site.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Good knowledge of construction site operations, technical drawings, and work specifications.
Able to supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to schedule and quality standards.
Basic understanding of safety and health procedures (SOP/OSHA) at construction sites.
Strong communication skills with contractors, sub-contractors, site workers, and management.
Capable of preparing daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
Disciplined, responsible, assertive, and able to work under pressure.
Possess a valid driving license.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours or on standby if needed.
