Student Recruitment Senior Executive / Executive

Role and Key Responsibilities
To prepare regular student recruitment reports, lead reports, conversion reports and performance analyses for management review.
To analyze recruitment data, including lead sources, enquiry trends, application progress, conversion rates, student profiles and recruitment performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
To monitor individual, regional and channel performance and identify areas requiring follow-up, improvement or corrective action.
To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, applications, recruitment activities and partner performance.
To conduct post-event and post-campaign analysis and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of recruitment and marketing activities.
