Material Clerk

Job Responsibilities

1. Collect materials from the warehouse according to the Production Schedule, preparing all materials required for the next day's normal production before the end of each working day. Verify that part numbers, item descriptions, specifications, and quantities match the Material Requisition Form.
2. Follow production orders issued by Production Planning and verify that material part numbers, descriptions, specifications, and quantities match the corresponding Work Instructions.
3. Be responsible for the proper placement, labeling, handling, and transportation of materials on the production line.
4. Complete Material Return Forms to replace defective incoming materials or materials found defective during production. Report defect details and quantities to the Production Supervisor.
5. Identify and label problematic materials, segregate them from normal materials, and report material issues to the supervisor for further action.
6. Clearly identify and label substitute materials to ensure traceability in the event of batch quality issues, including the production date and work order number.
7. Collect, return, and reconcile excess materials, defective materials, materials exceeding standard consumption, and materials affected by engineering design changes.
8. Distribute production materials accurately and promptly to ensure timely material supply for production operators.

Job Requirements

1. Junior high school education or above, with a strong sense of responsibility and good manual dexterity.
2. At least one year of experience in server manufacturing or other electronics manufacturing industries is preferred. Ability to understand material codes and basic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is required.
3. Basic computer skills, willingness to follow shift schedules, and basic communication skills.
4. Must comply with factory ESD control requirements, production safety regulations, and electronic component handling and protection standards.
5. Must be able to work rotating shifts.

Must be willing to work rotating day and night shifts. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome, and comprehensive pre-employment skills training will be provided.
